VISITA AL CASEIFICIO

On monday April 15th 2019 we will go to the Caseificio Broccatelli, in via Los Angeles 33, in Santa Maria degli Angeli.
At 3.30 pm we will meet in front of the shop and starting from there we will see the sheeps in the meadows, in a landscape of rare beauty; then we will come back to the shop and an expert will take us to the laboratory.
The visit will be closed with a cheese tasting.
